Fourth Wall Laois Theatre Group presents Moll by John B. Keane

John B. Keane’s Moll is a much-loved comedy set in a rural presbytery in the late 60s / early 70s. With the departure of their long-serving housekeeper, a canon and his two curates begin interviewing candidates for the role. Moll arrives with high standards and little patience for clerical indecision, quickly taking control of the presbytery and unsettling the young Fr. Brest in particular.

Keane’s trademark humour and keen observation make for a charming evening that asks one simple question: who will break first, Moll or the clergy? A warm, clever and highly entertaining evening of classic Irish theatre with laughs throughout.
