SUMMARY:Culture Night 2023 - Hirameki: Flash of Inspiration
DESCRIPTION:FREE ART WORKSHOP FOR ADULTS – DRAW WHAT YOU SEE \nHirameki – ‘brainwave’ or ‘flash of inspiration’ in Japanese – is where doodling and imagination come together. Simply put\, it is the art of turning a random blot into something amazing\, just by adding a few dots and lines. \nThis will be a live workshop with no strict time – people can hop in for 10 minutes or stay for 3 hours. Facilitators will introduce this art concept to participants using step by step instructions and by presenting masterpieces in the style. Those who attend can use watercolours and doodle or ink and doodle. The event is aimed at all adults over the age of 18. Both new and seasoned artists who are looking for inspiration are welcome. Parents\, childcare workers and teachers would also benefit from their session. \nFor further information contact Barbara on 086 2036091
